Do you sign a BAA?: Yes. Every paid plan includes a business associate agreement. You can read the template before you sign up. Read the BAA
Does TheraThere handle EVV (electronic visit verification)?: EVV is planned. In-home sessions already carry the location and time data EVV needs; verification capture and state-aggregator submissions are on the roadmap. Tell us your state and we'll keep you posted.
Can I import my existing Excel schedule?: Yes — the workbook you run on today imports in minutes, with a preview before anything is saved and a one-click rollback. Your trial is the perfect time to try it.
Where does client data live?: Full names, addresses and notes never leave the app. Calendar feeds and exports show first names only, every change is written to an audit log, and admins can require MFA and idle-timeouts.
